Bdrumny Terms & Conditions — Everything About Your Rights & Responsibilities

By accessing bdrumny or using any of its services, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between bdrumny and the user.

Bdrumny is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform for adults in Bangladesh. We are committed to ensuring that every member uses our services knowingly, voluntarily, and with full information.

These terms are provided in Bengali for convenience; however, the authoritative legal version is maintained in English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

When registering with bdrumny, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Submitting false details on the registration form is a direct breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

• Each person may register one account only — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email provided at registration must belong to you personally.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification.
• Update your profile immediately if any of your information changes.

Bdrumny is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Minors are completely prohibited from opening an account or using any of our services. bdrumny reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If a subsequent verification reveals that you are underage, your account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.

Bdrumny supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. See the table below for details:

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–6 hours.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits are set by bdrumny and are subject to change.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

Bdrumny will never ask for your MFS PIN or bank password. If anyone requests this information, report it to Support immediately.

All bets placed on bdrumny are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, unless the odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. Please review the odds and stake carefully before placing any bet.

• Live betting odds change in real time — bdrumny is not liable for any losses resulting from disconnection.
• Bdrumny reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Betting based on match fixing or unfair insider advantage is strictly prohibited.
• If conflicting bets from multiple accounts are detected on the same event, all bets will be voided.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳50; the maximum depends on the specific market.

Bdrumny offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

• Bonus funds become withdrawable only after meeting the specified wagering multiplier (typically 10x–30x).
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same IP address or device will result in all bonuses being voided.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will expire.
• Not all games are eligible for bonus wagering — some games may be excluded.
• Bdrumny reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

Misusing the bonus system — such as creating accounts solely to claim bonuses or employing other exploitative tactics — is strictly prohibited.

The following activities and behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Harassment or intimidation of bdrumny staff.
• Filing false chargeback claims.

Bdrumny may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or if false information is established.
• Prolonged inactivity for an extended period (18 months).

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the actual deposited balance in the wallet will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a terms violation, the wallet balance may be forfeited.

You may also request self-exclusion or account closure at any time. In such cases, your full wallet balance will be sent to your preferred payment method.

Bdrumny does not sell your information to any third party. However, data may be shared when legally required, such as in response to a valid request from a government authority.

Bdrumny believes gaming should be fun, not a compulsion. We encourage all members to play responsibly and never bet beyond their means.

• Bdrumny provides deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion tools free of charge.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, contact Support right away.
• Setting a cooling-off period on your account will suspend betting for a specified duration.

Bdrumny is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet connection failures.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems.
• Inconvenience caused by issues with your device or browser.
• Service disruptions during unplanned server maintenance.
• If a password is compromised due to the user's own negligence.

Bdrumny makes every effort to assist with issues arising from technical errors; however, liability for indirect losses is limited.

Bdrumny may update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or SMS at least seven days in advance.

Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request account closure and receive your full wallet balance as a refund.
